Material Selection & Stewardship: We begin by carefully calculating material requirements and procuring your selected slabs. Upon arrival, each piece is meticulously inspected and then securely stored within our facility—at no cost—until your project is ready to proceed. Your material is treated as a curated asset from day one.
Design Development & Slab Curation: During the construction phase, we prepare a preliminary layout using advanced AutoCAD integration, overlaying your project plans directly onto high-resolution slab imagery. This allows us to thoughtfully compose the visual flow of the stone. Edge profile samples, including mitered details, are presented for your approval.
Precision Templating & Final Composition: As your space nears readiness, we perform digital templating using our Flexijet system—an advanced 3D laser technology delivering exceptional accuracy. We then refine and finalize the slab composition by aligning the template with actual slab imagery, ensuring intentional placement, movement, and balance. Fabrication begins only upon your approval.
Fabrication & Installation – Primary Surfaces: All horizontal surfaces are fabricated in-house with exacting standards and installed by our experienced team, ensuring seamless execution and refined detailing.
Secondary Templating – Architectural Elements: Following installation, we template all vertical applications, including backsplashes and hood features. With initial layouts already established, this phase allows for precise refinement before final fabrication and installation.
Finishing & Protection: Upon completion, we apply a premium, material-specific sealant—pre-approved for your selection—enhancing both the longevity and performance of your surfaces.
Seamless Coordination: We work in alignment with your construction timeline to ensure a fluid and uninterrupted process. With materials secured, layouts prepared, and all critical elements confirmed in advance, we are positioned to execute with efficiency the moment your project is ready.
